The Holy Eucharist is truly sacred. Divine healing of the mind, emotion, and body occurs when the Sacred host is taken with proper understanding devotion and gratitude.
It is advisable to silently say a prayer of acceptance & thanksgiving.
“Lord, I fully accept the Divine blessing and Divine healing. I mentally emotionally , and physically accept thy divine healing energy. With thanks and in full faith”.
Repeat the prayer 3 x as you remain internally still & experience bliss, ecstasy & illumination.”

Let’s remember the power of the Sacrament of the Holy Eucharist or the Holy Mass….. the priest says “God’s peace be with you, and the faithful respond.. “and with your Spirit”…. before communion we pray “Lord I’m not worthy to receive you but only say the word & I shall be healed”.
The Holy Mass is a super healing sacrament. For so many years we had been celebrating and attending the Holy Mass, but if we are angry, full of hatred, condemning & causing separation & boundaries, what happened to the healing grace of God in all the Holy Eucharistic Celebrations?
Let’s ground our spirituality…. It’s not just ritualistic…
God bless us with inner strength to do what is right & refrain from unwholesome actions or behaviour.
