Before Pranic Healing, I seldom or did not do service. If someone needs help, I would prefer to donate. Service was not me.
A lot has changed since I joined the Pranic Healing community in February 2021 and became an Arhatic Yoga practitioner in June 2021.
I have learned so much from the teachings, courses, and books in Pranic Healing (PH) and Arhatic Yoga (AY).
Since I took the Basic Pranic Healing class, I started to do the Meditation on Twin Hearts daily — once or twice a day. This helped me develop self-awareness. Slowly, I was able to regulate my emotions. I became more patient with others. Meditation on Twin Hearts helped me slow down and become more aware of the people around me.
Then, I learned about the Law of Karma.
“Just as you create your present condition, you create your future through your present deeds.” (Grand Master Choa Kok Sui)
The philosophy of karma is essentially based on the concept that what we give is what we will receive. If a person does something with intention, good or bad, the karmic effect will return tenfold or more.
The law of karma is “self-determining” and “self-directing” which means “what goes around, comes around.”
We cannot blame anyone for the problems and challenges that we are facing.
In my case, I cannot blame anyone.
I had a lot of setbacks before PH — family, finances, and relationships. Bottomline: No one else is to blame for everything happening in our life.
In our Pranic healing courses, Grand Master Choa Kok Sui (GMCKS) points out the importance of regulating and modifying our actions to generate good karma.
We can neutralize our bad karma through service and tithing.
GMCKS has written, “Doing service develops the heart. Doing service accelerates spiritual development. It is faster to develop than meditating alone in the mountains.”
This was also emphasized by Master Faith Sawey in the courses and her nurturing sessions. Initially, I didn’t understand what they were talking about. Now, after being an AY for more than a year and serving in any way I can and in everything that I do—
I finally understood what this means.
Initially, I did lots of services because I wanted to neutralize all the negative karma or things happening in my life. In this way, I can experience more positive karma, more peace, and more happiness in my life.
Now, things have changed. I serve, serve and serve, simply because I want to help others as much as I can.
I feel love not only for my family, loved ones, and friends but even for people I don’t know and even people who treated me badly. This I have seen several times even with people who treated me unfairly or badly. I felt and understood where they are coming from. I felt the love in my heart, understanding, patience, and tolerance of what was happening.
This was so unlike me before.
Still, I know that I still have a lot to learn and to know. I am still a work in progress.
