Today, we celebrate the  First Anniversary of the 5 AM Daily Arhatic Yoga (AY) Spiritual Practice!

We log in at 4 am since I do Tech Support;  followed by our Self-Healing session which includes the Forgiveness Ritual by Master Faith Sawey (one of our 8 Energy Healing Masters) and Psychological Healing by Master Choa Kok Sui;  then at 5 am, we do the 5 Pillars, a system of spiritual practices which is very unique to being an AY practitioner.

The past 365 days of daily practice of the 5 Pillars have been deeply meaningful, challenging, inspiring, and full of life lessons.  It was a truly transformational experience.

“Service, together with meditation, is one of the fastest ways to achieve illumination. What is the purpose of having big chakras? To do service. When you do service it is like giving your chakras muscles. The greater your service, the greater your spiritual development.” (Master Choa Kok Sui)

When we do service our chakras become bigger, when the chakras are bigger than before, we need to do more service. It is like bigger boats come with a responsibility to carry more loads.

“A big ship is meant to carry a lot of cargo. To develop bigger chakras without doing service is of no use. Use your big chakras to do something productive! This is service.” (Master Choa Kok Sui)

Service gives us spiritual growth. We need character building to grow spiritually. To eliminate our negative karma fast, it is very important to practice service and tithing.

Character building is deeply inculcated in all the Pranic Healing courses.  It is what has attracted me the most in Pranic Healing and in becoming an AY practitioner.

GMCKS developed the AY System which synthesized the spiritual path of love, intelligence, and will. Our practice of advanced breathing techniques and meditations, character building, and inner purifications intend to accelerate the evolutionary development of our soul so that each person can be of greater service to others.

“When you do service, your energy level increases. You become a channel. The more you do service, the more you become empowered.” (Master Choa Kok Sui)

This is true. I feel empowered. Service has become a way of life for me now.  I serve, serve and serve because I want to help. To make life better for the ones I am helping.

My final realization is,  “I serve, serve, and serve –  to help others.  When things don’t go my way, God and his whole Angelic realm always make a way to help me.”

In a sense, life has become magical.

My deepest gratitude to God for bringing me to Pranic Healing —

I have good health. I do yoga. I do free diving.  I dance.

Moreover, I can help others how to become healthy as well.

I found my Soul Purpose which has provided me with a clear direction about my spirituality, work, and my finances.

I have improved relationships with my family, kids, loved ones, and friends.

My deepest gratitude to Grand Master Choa Kok Sui for the AY System and his priceless teachings.
