Retreat Guides

As the Arhatic Yoga Retreat draws near, we would like to extend our warm welcome and express our gratitude for your participation.

To help you make the most of the retreat, we would like to provide some gentle reminders that will guide you throughout your journey. 

Please read thoroughly the guides below:

October 13, 4:00am-4:45am( Fri) —-ASSEMBLY in front of Medical Plaza Ortigas Building, # 25 San Miguel Avenue San Antonio Pasig City. This will also be the drop off point  after the retreat and other events:

• 5:00 am —Departure from Medical Plaza to the Venue (Whiterock Hotel, Subic Zambales)

• 7:30 am – check in at venue and breakfast

♦  All luggage will be held at a holding area until we can check in at 2:00pm. Make sure you have proper bag tag.  We will provide stickers in case you will need it.

• 8:30 am– Retreat Hall opens

♦ For those who need to register and pay please be there earlier

♦ Distribution of ID and kits

• 9:00 am - Retreat begins.  Daily schedule will be posted at the venue.

October 15, 6pm – End of General Retreat

♦ For those who are no longer staying for the other events, please make sure to prepare your things in the morning. Check out during lunch break.

• 6:30pm-Departure of bus going back to Manila.  Please be sure to be there before time. Drop off point will be in front of Medical Plaza Ortigas San Miguel Avenue Pasig City

October 16 (Breakout rooms will be assigned for each event)

♦  Arhatic Yoga Levels Retreat and Pranic Crystal Healing

♦ For those who are no longer staying for the other events, please make sure to prepare your things in the morning. Check out during lunch break. 

♦ There will be room reassignment for those who are staying until October 16, 17 and October 20. Please prepare your things accordingly.  Approach the staff for verification if you are reassigned or check the bulletin board.

♦ 6:30pm-Departure of bus going back to Manila. Please be sure to be there before time.

• October 17 – Spiritual Triumph with the Angelic Realm (STAR)

• October 18-20, 2023 – Applied Spiritual Technology

• October 20 – please make sure to prepare your things in the morning.  Check out at lunch time.

♦ 6:30pm-Departure of bus going back to Manila. Please be sure to be there before time.  Drop off point will be in front of Medical Plaza Ortigas San Miguel Avenue Pasig City​

 OTHER REMINDERS:

◊ ATTIRE: Preferably white or cream colored retreat outfit (comfortable for physical exercises)

◊ Swim wear (Tshirt and short pants) & slippers – to be used for the water purification on October 14, Saturday

◊ Please feel free to bring your own local spices and condiments to add flavor to the dishes.

 For those who are attending Crystal and AST:

◊ Prepare plans and programs for blessing

◊ Healing Crystals and disintegrators for healing

◊ Please approach the staff for any room reassignment on October 16.  Please prepare your things accordingly.

Seating arrangement will be based on the participant’s date of registration.  Seat number is written at the back of the ID.
